How do you grade the condition of your records?
We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System. Every record is visually inspected and play-tested to ensure it meets our standards for Mint, Near Mint, Very Good Plus, or Very Good condition.
What measures do you take to prevent damage during shipping?
All vinyl is shipped in heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers with additional padding. We remove the record from the outer sleeve during transit to prevent seam splits, unless the item is factory sealed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
What is your return policy for pre-owned records?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If a record's condition does not match its description, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do you buy used record collections?
